In Bullngolee, we do not accept returns for customer reasons.

In the event of a defective product

We make every effort to ensure that our products are in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective (wrong delivery, damage, stain, etc.), please contact us by e-mail or phone within 14 days of receiving the product and send it back to us, freight collect.

After checking our inventory status, we will exchange the product for a new or equivalent product or refund your money.

Refunds

 We will transfer the money to your designated account

within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.

 Please note, however, that we may not be able to replace the product if the product is received late for a reason attributable to the customer.

 In the case of a return for the customer's conveniencePlease note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, such as a different image of the product.
